Miles (Danny Glover) is an expert train conductor who makes sure his train stays on time every time. But when a mysterious stranger es away in the middle of the night, Miles, a young student (Leelee Sobieski) and a struggling salesman (Steve Zahn) discover a hidden fortune inside the strangers luggage. Suddenly Miles finds himself in a tense game of obsession and deceit where hideous acts of violence are fair game.
